Cal-Centron - Mini-DVR Surveillance and Alarm Systems

Each of the Mini-DVRs appear to be no more than simple motion sensors, but with a closer look you will see that they are complete self-contained digital video recorder systems. Choose from models with a built-in pinhole lens, or a fish-eye/wide angle lens, all models include a rechargeable lithium battery pack to power the system. With the Mini-DVR switched on, recording is activated with the detection of the heat radiated from a human body, or you may set the Mini-DVR to manually record continuously. When using an optional SD 1GB card the Mini-DVR will render approximately 80 minutes of total recording time; the total accumulated time of a group of heat detected sequences, or set to manual and recording continuously. You have the ability to permanently mount the Mini-DVR and monitor with most typical consumer or professional video equipment. All that is needed to monitor from the Mini-DVR are common A/V RCA inputs / output jacks found on most TV's, VCRs, Home Entertainment Systems. Plus you also have the ability to temporally mount the Mini-DVR in troublesome areas that you want to record, without the need to connect the unit to any monitoring equipment.

You may use the Mini-DVRs with the Alarm Host (CC5802 purchased separately) to have the full features of an alarm system. The Mini-DVR begins to record when an intruder is detected, which activates the Alarm Host to trigger the siren and dial the phone numbers you have preset the Alarm Host to dial.
