Solder Heat Shrink Splice
(Solder Splice Connector)

The Solder Heat Shrink Splice enables an easy one step connection of wires, soldered, insulated and sealed.  This system does not require a crimp tool, just a standard heat gun designed for solder-type connectors.

Best of all, the Solder Heat Shrink Splices can be designed into wire harness production at a lower installed cost than competitive methods.  Fusion™ Solder Heat Shrink Splices come in four sizes.

  • Ideal for wire splices on various automotive, watercraft and marine environments, motorcycle and ATV applications
  • Terminating wires to component terminals, such as motor tabs, connector pins, and switch terminals
  • Controlled soldering combined with heat shrink tubing in one step.
  • Transparent sleeves with color coded sealing rings easy to inspect.
  • Transparent outer layer, made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which provides encapsulation, insulation and strain relief.
  • Refluxed solder ring (low temperature), offers controlled soldering process.
  • Solder ring provides maximum strain relief.
  • Thermoplastic inner insert at each end of the terminator, sealing against water and moisture.
  • Easy to use, and minimize damages to the termination; damages made from crimping.
  • Clear sleeve with color coded ring*, makes it easy to detect condition of wire splices.

* The color intensity on bands may vary slightly by production batch.
