Payment Options

• Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and IMPAC government Visa card.
• "Net 30" open account terms are available for well rated firms within the United States and Canada. Terms of payment are net 30 days.
  • Non-rated companies may apply for open account terms by submitting trade and bank references.
  • If credit is granted by Cal-Centron, all decisions with respect to extension or continuation are the sole discretion of Cal-Centron.
  • Past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge or 2% per month.
• Cal-Centron reserves the right to terminate credit availability at any time.
• T/T bank transfers on International orders.

There is no minimum dollar requirement with internet purchases, although standard package quantities must be met.

Carrier chart rate + $2.99 handling ($3.99 handling for postal shipments)

Some chemicals require special handling, which will result in a service fee charged by the carrier. Certain chemicals may not be shipped outside the Continental U.S. or by air domestically.

Oversized Shipments will be subject to an Additional Handling charge of $5. A package with the longest side measuring over 60 inches or the second-longest side measuring over 30 inches in length will be subject to the Additional Handling charge.

If a package is returned to Cal-Centron that could not be delivered due to customer error and you would like this package reshipped, you will be assessed a $5.00 reshipment charge. If the return was due to our error, there will be no additional charge.

International Sales and Service

Export Terms of Sale

Export pricing is FOB origin. Shipments are on the basis of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid-Foreign Port of Destination). Cal-Centron will prepay + add the insurance and freight costs to bring the goods to the named Port of Destination and the final invoice will include such charges. Export orders requiring special handling, packaging and documentation are subject to additional charges.

NOTE: Chemicals cannot be shipped to all international locations.

Payment Terms

Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance of shipment in, wire transfer, international money order, or cablegram. NOTE: International shipments will be sent via US Postal Service unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Procedure for Returning Merchandise

• Call or e-mail the Cal-Centron and request an RMA to return merchandise.
• Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned.
• Do not mark on the original container or use as a shipping carton.
• Print the RMA number legibly on the outside of the outer shipping carton in bold, visible letters.

• Please note that certain products classified as "ORM-D" require special packaging and shipping procedures. If you are unsure of how to handle these items, please contact your freight carrier for information
• Special orders are not returnable.

Important Notes

• Merchandise received by Cal-Centron without an RMA number and copy of the invoice may be returned to you COD for freight charges incurred or held for processing until it has been determined that the return was made for justifiable reasons.
• A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on parts and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed on test equipment returned due to customer error.
• All parts must be returned with all accessories enclosed in the original packaging.
• To receive a credit or refund, parts must be returned within 30 days. Incorrect orders must be reported within 30 days.
• Warranty terms are set by each manufacture.
• When returning merchandise, please place the original package inside of a shipping carton. Do not use the original container as a shipping carton.

Customers in California, Ohio, Nevada and Minnesota must add applicable sales tax if a valid exemption certificate is not on file with Cal-Centron. Cal-Centron is required to collect sales tax in these 4 states only.

Due to strict EPA regulations, some electrical/electronic cleaning fluids including solvent sprays and gas sprays containing Class 1 CFCs can only be sold to commercial customers who can provide in writing one of the following: Federal tax I.D. number, State sales tax exemption number, Local business license number or Government contract number.

Since the vendor and Cal-Centron, do not control the use of its products, there are no express warranties which extend beyond the manufacture's description on the face hereof.

CAL-CENTRON DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Since Cal-Centron cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, Cal-Centron will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Concerning products for which Cal-Centron expressly limits its liabilities to any guaranties extended by the manufacturer, which guaranties Cal-Centron will pass through to the customer. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Cal-Centron.
